Consulting services about SAP solutions – rather specific IT-market segment. In general, IT-services, connected with designing, development and maintenance of such corporate software products, are detached enough. The explanation is simple — this business requires an enormous stock of knowledge and skills, both domain-specific and technical. Such experience is gained for ages and cannot be got theoretically in major cases, but only through direct participation in large-scale projects.

Nevertheless, nothing is impossible, it only takes to set a goal and have patience. Persistence, effort and a bit luck make everything possible. As time goes by, we've come to realize our facilities, system limitations and functional capabilities, Client's standart needs, dependent on business activity and existing legislation. We've come to realize nonstandard client's wishes (regardless of reasons), which often are to be understood immediately. Finally, the fundamental basis has been formed. As some philosopher said: — «Some things are impossible to explain, they can only be understood»…

Just having realized our facilities, knowledge and experience, not without ambition, on 12th February, 2004, the Idea of creating own consultancy has come up. A very modest funds for those times didn't allow figuring on many things, but it was possible to dream and to believe! And it is the idea, which is able to materialize, they say, took shape and entity afterwards. Drive, which emerged from Dream, allowed passing to particular acts qucikly, and the result wasn't taken long to appear.

It was a team of consultants, which has got enthusiastic over this idea, and which have been rather intense and solid crew for those times. Each of them, in turn, has worked up his way from probationer to chief Consultant, Department Manager and Project Manager, up to SAP-practice manager. Such good training, having been got through practice in the leading russian companies, has allowed to form our own set of rules and demands concerning how the successful consultancy should look like from the outside and inside, in order to be able to compete with distinguished rivals.

Good connections, knowledge and professional reference, having been acquired during work for hire, allowed to attract first employees and first clients to the young company.

It is well-known, that employees are Consultancy's highest value. Conceiving all large and famous companies' negative sides in the field of labour, the major task was to completely eliminate such things in our company. Curiously enough, that such things as «Bureaucracy», «Disregard» è «Fear of playing the second fiddle all the time» deeply affect eployees' choice during job-hunting. On the other hand, one of the determinatives is professionalism and friendliness of the future team. Having solved this problem, you can realize that your company will be attractive for job candidates.

An extra-motivation has appeared within the company to share all available knowledge and experience with the new colleagues in order to increase company's potential. It is a well-known fact, that many SAP-consultants acquire valuable knowledge over the years by dint of hard work, and nobody wants to share this knowledge. Therefore a certain field of "Sacred SAP knowledge" has appeared, a field which is unavailable to ordinary people as well as to public domain.

The elimination of Such vicious routine has allowed to increase company's attractiveness to potential consultants, who are striving for knowledge and interesting projects, if the famous brand's priority is of a little account.

There had been realized several complex projects during making and development of a company. And that's what has formed company's final name and brand "TeamIdea", which embodys a huge potential of a solid and professianal Team.

Project practice has showed that:

  1. Nothing is impossible,
  2. There are UNwillingness, INability and LACK OF knowledge…

Where:

Unwillingness – is an effect of proper motivation absence;
Inability – is an effect of practice experience absence;
Lack of knowledge – is a shortage of professional communication with more experienced colleagues.

Solution of these 3 problems allowed to create competitive advantage, due to which TeamIdea is progressing increasingly nowadays and poses a serious professional SAP market competitor.
